How To Train Your Dragon 3

I went to watch HTTYD 3 the day it came out. Let me tell you it was amazing.

This trilogy has been part of my childhood and I think all three movies are amazing. The animation and story was beautiful. All the characters were the characters we know and loved. Toothless was still cute and powerful and Hiccup was still wanted to help all dragons and had the same hope and wonder as always.

(Spoilers) It was interesting to see Hiccup as chief and Toothless as the alpha of all dragons. We were introduced to a bunch of new dragons and you can see that all the character grown. The way they do things are experienced and through the changes from the last movie you can see that the characters have settled into their places. Now the villain. I think that villain is an interesting one. The villain is the exact opposite of Hiccup. When he caught a Nightfury he killed it and became a hero in his town. Hiccup had the same opportunity many years back but unlike the villain he didn’t. The light fury was very pretty and I think that she was an interesting dragon. Her and Toothless were extremely cute together and I’m glad to see Toothless happy.

Now the ending. (MAJOR SPOILER)I was so upset when Toothless had to leave. It hurt seeing Toothless and Hiccup separate and I never thought that it would happen. They always seem inseparable and I always imagined that they would always be together through adult hood. I knew why it had to happen and I am glad that they eventually saw each other again. Also the ending voice over was beautiful and I was crying all through the ending. This movie is amazing and I think if you haven’t watched it you really should.

Spiderman Into The Spiderverse

Okay can we just talk about his movie. This movie is amazing. The animation, music, character, and story. I absolutely loved this movie.

So I went to watch this movie and honestly it blew me away. I instantly like Miles and all the spider people. I related to Miles because he really did teenage things and acted like one. Peter is hilarious and even though he doesn’t act it at first he really does care for Miles and you can see he’s a good guy. What’s not like about Gwen? She was graceful and hilarious and also her animation was beautiful. Peni and her robot was really cute and really hit the futuristic element. Spiderman Noir is hilarious and I think the way he fights is cool. Peter Porker is also a great fighter and the random cartooness is hilarious.

The scenes in this movie are really beautiful. The Leap of Faith scene as a whole was beautiful and I was so happy for Miles. The last fight scene with all the spider people is really cool and graceful. I loved how the movie really felt like a comic book. All the colors and the little word box things were amazing. Kingpin was a good villain and so was Doc Oct. The last scene between Miles and Kingpin is amazing. How Miles was knocked down over and over and he kept getting up and the whole shoulder tap thing.

This movie is amazing and a packaged deal. It is a must see. it was fun and hilarious while also making you tear up and swell up with pride. It’s animation is amazing and they put so much effort in it. If you haven’t you need to go watch it.

How To Train Your Dragon One

So the last movie in the How To Train Your Dragon trilogy came out so I wanted to write about each and every one of the movies. So for this post I wanted to talk about the first one (Spoilers btw)

The first movie is beautiful the animation is amazing and it’s done wonderfully. We are introduced to Hiccup and he’s a viking. His village is all about killing dragons and when he is faced to a deadly dragon he isn’t able to kill it. He and the dragons form a bond due to the dragon being unable to fly without Hiccup. The story continues on from that and it’s really interesting to see. They put so much detail in the movie and the characters and stories are amazing.

Hiccup and Toothless bond is really something to see and it’s so sweet. The final battle between Hiccup and Toothless with the red death is really cool and the way they defeat it ties really well into the stories. The things I appreciated the most was that Hiccup was actually harmed in the battle. It’s really uncommon for a kids movie to make the main character get hurt in the final battle and even more so have them become disabled. Hiccup losing his leg also made him and Toothless even closer I believe.

How To Train Your Dragon is amazing through and through. It has a compelling story with beautiful animation. The movie is part of my childhood and I think that anyone would enjoy it. The music and the scenes really bring you into the story and when Hiccup and Toothless first truly fly you really feel the excitement and joy of flying on a dragon. The scene where Hiccup and Toothless do the touch thing really tugs your heartstring. If you haven’t watched the movie you really should and if you have tell me if you liked it or not!

Journal 3

So I’ve recently bought the Journal 3 from Gravity Falls. (If you didn’t know I absolutely love this show) I wanted to talk a little about it.

It has so many Easter eggs and it goes in depth on things on the show and it is so cool. They have codes in them that you can. decode (me and my friend are doing it together) it has such cool art and it goes into things about Bill. It reveals so much and it also had a lot of sentimental value.

The book contains a lot and there is a part where Dipper writes in it and goes through all his adventures. It was a lot of fun to go through the adventures that I saw on TV. But the book goes through than just what we saw on TV it goes more in depth and adds details that they don’t tell you on the show.

It also has a part where it goes through Stanfords adventures when he traveled through the portal. It is really interesting to see what he was doing while in the dimensions and it has such cool stories and adventure. He also talks about what he thinks of everyone once he comes back and all the things that was going on before Weirdmageddon.

There is so much information in this journal and if you’re a fan of the shows you should get it. If you felt that you didn’t get enough closure it really wraps it all up. It’s ending is super sweet and while you read through everything you will get giddy and go through a range of emotions.

Spoilers

There are some people who love spoilers. I personally dislike spoiler I think it takes from the experience of what has been spoiled. It doesn’t matter what it is a movie, tv show, or book when something gets spoiled when I see the movie or tv show or read the book and I can’t be surprised with what I see because I have been spoiled. Some people go looking for spoilers and go through a lot of lengths to find them but I’m not one of those people.

I go through a lot of lengths to avoid spoilers. In a couple weeks HTTYD 3 is coming out. But the thing is it already came out in other countries and people were posting it on Pinterest. So I had to log out of my Pinterest and now I’m using another account. It spoiled some things for me and I think I would have really loved the surprise when I watched it in theaters. But I know I’ll still enjoy the movie a lot and it didn’t give away something super important to the plot of the movie so I’m all right with it. (Also I actually ended up really liking the things on my other Pinterest account)

Another one was Avengers Infinity War. That one was huge. Everyone was talking about it and I watched it a week after it came out in theaters and yet everyone was already talking about it and I saw one spoiler. That one spoiler left me at edge the whole movie. But the movie is still amazing and I still felt a shock when the spoiler happened.

That’s the thing I still hate spoilers and to some degree they do sorta dampen what happens when it happens but surprisingly it’s not that bad. When you really love a movie, tv show, or book in the end it will still have an impact and there is still so much more to the story than just one spoiler. Thanks for reading!

Apocalypse

Obviously no one wants the apocalypse to happen but if it does it has the potential to be pretty awesome. Hear me out. There are tons of myths in many cultures that talk about the apocalypse and all of it is that if there ever was an apocalypse there are some things that will happen.

Well one popular one is Ragnorock. When the world ends the gods of Asgard will have a huge fight and it would end the world and later the world would be reborn. So if the world ended we would see all the gods fighting with the giants and honestly that sounds a bit interesting.

Well Merlin is stuck in a tree and when the world is coming to an end he would be releases and do his magic business.

In Egyptian mythology a big snake is gonna eat the sun.

There are a couple myths in different religions that some hero is awakened from his deathbed when the world is in need.

There are many myths that talk about the end of the world and what would happen. I think as much as it might suck it would be a bit cool if all these were true. Who doesn’t want to go out with a bang. If its a zombie apocalypse I would love to see Merlin doing some magic against them. If it had to do with space I think it would be funny to see all the old time heroes try and fight a comet. I would admittedly never want any of this to happen but well I did think about it while writing so what do you think? How interesting do you think the apocalypse may be?
